Join us for this FREE Core de Force Pop-Up Class for Members!
Core de Force is a non-contact mixed martial arts-inspired workout, designed for total body sculpting with a focus on core-centric movement. It combines western Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and more, into 3 minute rounds of fight combinations, peaks, and conditioning movements. Participants move at their own pace, making the class appropriate for all experience levels.
