The gym will only be open for Murph Event.
Join us in our annual Memorial Day Murph Fundraiser! We will be fundraising for LT. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation, presented by Forged®.

Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y.,
who was killed in Afghanistan
June 28th, 2005.
This is NOT a competition. This is to honor those who have and currently serve.
There is no wrong way to do this workout. Everyone is encouraged to donate and participate.
1. Solo un-partitioned (RX version with vest)
2. Solo version un-partitioned
3. Solo partitioned (20 rounds of 5pull ups-10 push ups-15 air squats)
4. 1/2 Murph
5. TEAM of 2 or 3
HOW TO REGISTER:
If you want an event shirt, tank, or hat you MUST register DIRECTLY through Forged. See the register tab on this site.
They mail you directly! (This is THE ONLY way to get a shirt, they will not be available day of event)
DO I HAVE TO DONATE TO PARTICIPATE?:
No, however we strongly encourage you to do so. Every bit helps! Everything goes DIRECTLY through the Forged MURPH event page.
** PLEASE NOTE**
As we approach the event date we will have a board in the gym for you to select a time and bar that you wish to use. ALL those that are doing UN-PARTITIONED MURPH will go FIRST! Because once pull ups are done, the bars are free for the next heat.
